The East Village’s popular potato powered FryGuys has re-opened after a month-long renovation. This retooled FryGuys is offering a new expanded menu, including the debut of sandwiches, prepared by a new chef. A new, more stylishly sophisticated looking restaurant, which features a new plush velvet banquette that will increase seating from 14 to 20-plus. They will now be offering beer with a rotating roster of local brews on draft and in bottles or cans.
