This week, Brooklyn-based tattoo artist Rosa Bluestone Perr will be bringing her delicate stick-and-poke skills to create permanent works of art on shoes instead of skin. Stepping out of her apartment/studio, she’ll help create an intimate environment to inspire and encourage your own unique designs.
