The time has come for a new flavored coffee and you are cordially invited to let them know what are your thoughts. What about cherry (the fruit)? There will be a side-by-side bean vs. fruit coffee tasting. You will sample Cascara Fizz (a clear expression of the coffee cherry) and Cold Brew (a clear expression of the bean) to explore and celebrate the whole coffee fruit. Guest chefs will experiment with coffee cherry and sample out small bites for even more flavor exploration.
