Whiskey Washback event payed homage to the Whiskey originators and the rebellious innovators that keep it alive today. This extravaganza had over 75 types of premium Whiskey, Bourbon, Rye, Scotch and more from The PNW, Texas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Scotland and other regions… including 15-year and older premiums.

We enjoyed extraordinary pairing of Laphroaig and fresh oysters shucked on site by Billion Oysters. Copper Dog cocktail called ‘The Fall Dog’ consisting of Copper Dog whisky, pear nectar, agave syrup and freshly squeezed lemon juice.  The Female owned Milam & Greene poured their whiskies born & distilled in Blanco Texas. Westward Whiskey makes their True NW Old Fashioned made with Westward Whiskey, raw carrot flower honey, Jacobson’s sea salt with The Bitter Housewide Hazelnut bitters. The Glenrothes showcased NYC luxury through single malt scotch and serving a Glenrothes 12 highball with Tonic. We stopped by the KOVAL table to try their Pumpkin Spice Old Fashioned.
