PICK FRESH FLOWERS IN THE PLAZA
During this festa to kick-off Spring, our experts are bringing staples of warmer weather both in the store and outside! Celebrations will start with the smooth notes of Jazz in front of our 5th Avenue entrance where the band will be accompanying you in this this spring immersion. Then let your senses have a feast with the beautiful floral compositions from Il Fiorista out of their iconic blue van. Il Fiorista marries the beauty of flowers and design, sourcing their seasonal cut flowers – like peonies and roses – from local farmers.
Then cool down with an Italian Classic with a twist. As temperatures continue to climb, Italians reach for granita, a refreshing frozen treat made with simple, all-natural ingredients (think: ice and natural flavors). To give you the pick up needed, enjoy our all-new Granita Spritz featuring bubbles, ice, and everything nice.

Once you’ve warmed up outside, make your way indoors for an array of some of our favorite sips and bites!
From traditional Grappa, decadent risotto made in front of your eyes, and artisanal chocolates, to celebratory Cannoli, vino and more, the Eataly Flatiron hallways are going to be bustling with Spring festivities!
