She discussed her passion for this industry and how Happy Cork came into fruition. She also shared some of her struggles and stereotypes as a minority.  The Happy Cork was founded in 2019 and has quickly become a travel destination for all as they hold the largest selection of black and minority owned wine and spirit brands.  Sunshine’s commitment includes hosting events that feature local artists as a means to continue cultivating beautiful connections amongst the people Happy Cork serves.
