Are you in need of clearing your mind! Find your center at the Crossroads of the World. Each year, thousands of yogis from around the world travel to Times Square to celebrate the Summer Solstice with free yoga classes in the heart of New York City.
This year Solstice will take place virtually. The class by Solstice Co-Founder Douglass Stewart will be streamed at 8am, 12pm, and 4pm EDT on June 20, giving you a chance to follow along whether you prefer to salute the sun in the morning, find balance at midday, or wind down in the afternoon.
The morning and midday classes will be preceded by live interviews with Solstice Co-Founders Tim Tompkins and Douglass Stewart, and the afternoon class will be preceded by a special greeting from the Consulate General of India.
