After running a James Beard Award-nominated restaurant and authoring a cocktail book aimed at home bartenders, Micah knows how to mix a balanced cocktail and share his craft with apprentices and home enthusiasts. Join Micah for a tutorial that glances at cocktail history, theory, technique, and how to make two basic cocktails. At the end of the hour, you should have a good grasp on the rich American history of the cocktail and how to make a proper drink at home.
