Video Tour of NYBG’s Spectacular Spring Highlights

Take a virtual walk on Friday, May 1, 2020, at 12 p.m. through The New York Botanical Garden’s spectacular spring highlights.

Todd Forrest, Arthur Ross Vice President for Horticulture and Living Collections,
narrates a mesmerizing montage of video footage from throughout the Garden’s historic landscape as
the season unfolded in March and April. From colorful early spring ephemerals and cheerful daffodils
to breathtaking magnolias and stunning cherry trees, enjoy the splendor of NYBG’s beloved gardens
and collections.

This virtual walk is narrated by Todd Forrest, NYBG’s Arthur Ross Vice President for Horticulture and
Living Collections. He is responsible for the Horticulture Division’s programs and activities, including
overseeing the grounds, 50 gardens and living collections, horticultural exhibitions, and a staff of 80
managers, curators, gardeners, and community horticulturists. In addition, he advises on long-term
strategy for the Garden’s 250-acre landscape.
