One of the world’s largest food service show came to NYC on March 3rd-5th, 2019 at Javits Center. This year Coffee Fest and Healthy Food Expo were added additions. Three Shows, One Badge. The entire expo was filled with over 500+ vendors showcasing their latest products. Competitions, panel discussions, food and, coffee tastings were everywhere. There were six specialty pavilions featured this year, Be Italian,Taste NY& Craft Beverage,Food Trends Experience, Bar Innovations and Gourmet Way.
Each specialty pavilion had exceptionally displayed products that grasped everyone’s attention instantly as you passed by in curiosity. This three day expo showcasing new products gathered thousands of restaurateurs, food service and food retail professional from around the world. Attendees had access to Hip Sip Battle of the Modern Bartender, Coffee Fest Latte Competition and Culinary Demonstrations.
Coffee Fest, a coffee & tea trade show offered sessions on roasting, sales & marketing and three barista competitions. These competitions created a buzz like no other before, America’s Best Cold Brew, America’s Best Espresso and Latte Art World Championship. Healthy Food Expo showcased some of the latest healthy food products not only for vegan’s or vegetarians, but for everyone who is conscious about their daily consumption of food and the environment. This years expo was a pleasure for us to attend. We were truly delighted to have a first look at this three in one showcase.
