Welcome Back and here comes their 8th Annual SHELLebration of the History, Culture, Cuisine, Economy and Ecology of Oysters in The Empire State. From fine fêtes in NYC to fun festivals on Long Island or Upstate, NYOW is a distributed event series with a gathering for every personality type. Going into our 8th year we continue to aim to be a rising tide for all who love oysters, from consumers, to distributors, chefs & restauranteurs, shuckers and, of course growers.
